The Seamus Heaney Centre Christmas Debate returns for 2024 with a motion obliquely inspired by the final line from 'Among School Children' by W. B. Yeats: How can we know the dancer from the dance? Our speakers, including Dr Jimmy McAleavey and Dr Trish McTighe, will look at the relationship between artists and their work, asking if we can -- or, indeed, should -- draw a line between the two.
Wine and soft drinks will be served from 5:30pm for a 6pm start.
